Want to keep clients informed about new treatments, promotions or salon news? With the newsletter module you send campaigns directly from Salontailor, in your own salon style.
You write the subject and text, add a header image and can optionally place a button with a link. Preview live and send a test email first. Then send immediately or schedule the campaign.
Consent and trust
Only clients who explicitly opted in for the newsletter receive your emails. You manage that in client management and via an optional checkbox in the booking widget.
Every email contains an unsubscribe link. Prefer Mailchimp, Brevo or another tool? Connect that integration and sync only your newsletter subscribers, automatically or manually.
Pop-up on your website
Capture visitors who have not signed up via the booking widget yet. Place a newsletter pop-up on your salon website with a short embed code. Visitors leave their email address and optionally their first name, last name or date of birth.
You choose the title, image, salon color, delay and which fields are visible. New subscribers confirm via double opt-in by email before they join your mailing list. Preview the pop-up in the portal before you place the code.

How do newsletters work in Salontailor?
Je stelt campagnes op in de portal: onderwerp, tekst, een headerafbeelding en optioneel een call-to-action met jouw salonkleuren. Alleen klanten die zich hebben ingeschreven voor de nieuwsbrief en een geldig e-mailadres hebben, komen in aanmerking.
Verstuur direct of plan een campagne op datum en tijd. Stuur eerst een testmail naar jezelf om alles te controleren.
How do I collect newsletter subscribers?
Zet in de widgetinstellingen een optionele checkbox bij online boeken, op de wachtlijst of bij eventinschrijvingen. Plaats daarnaast een nieuwsbrief pop-up op je website via de embedcode in de portal. Lees ons artikel over meer nieuwsbriefabonnees verzamelen.
In het klantenbeheer beheer je per klant het nieuwsbrief-vinkje, ook via bulk-acties of CSV-import. Liever een externe tool? Koppel Mailchimp, Brevo, MailerLite of Mailblue. Alleen klanten met het nieuwsbrief-vinkje worden gesynchroniseerd, automatisch elke nacht of handmatig.
What does the newsletter module cost?
De nieuwsbriefmodule is een betaalde add-on. Je vraagt activatie aan in de portal; daarna kan je campagnes opstellen en versturen. De prijs schaalt mee met het aantal abonnees.
Je kan maximaal twee nieuwsbrieven per maand versturen. Testmails tellen niet mee voor die limiet.
What about unsubscribing and privacy?
Elke mail bevat een uitschrijflink naar een branded pagina. Klanten die uitschrijven, ontvangen geen volgende campagnes meer.
Jij bepaalt wie op de verzendlijst staat. De module verstuurt nooit naar klanten zonder nieuwsbrief-toestemming.
How does the newsletter pop-up on my website work?
In de portal stel je de pop-up in en kopieer je een embedcode naar je salonwebsite. Je kiest titel, afbeelding, salonkleur, vertraging en welke velden bezoekers zien.
Zo verzamel je ook e-mailadressen van bezoekers die nog niet via online boeken inschrijven. Bekijk een preview voordat je de code plaatst.
What happens after a sign-up via the pop-up?
De bezoeker ontvangt een bevestigingsmail met een persoonlijke link. Dat is double opt-in: pas na bevestiging komt het adres op je nieuwsbrieflijst.
Zo houd je je lijst schoon en voldoe je aan de regels rond toestemming. Inschrijvingen komen automatisch in je klantenbeheer terecht.
