In the client file you keep colour notes, formulas, preferences and past treatments. Work consistently for returning clients.
How does processing time work for colour treatments?
Per service you set active time, time before and time after. For a colour, active time is when you work with the client; time after is for example the colour processing time.
You see the full block in your diary, but time before and after do not count as busy in the booking widget. You stay available for other appointments while colour develops.
Can I schedule multiple services in one appointment?
Yes. Plan cut and colour, or other combinations, in one appointment via agenda management. Salontailor calculates total duration and price automatically.

How do I fill cancelled chairs faster?
With the waitlist, interested clients are notified automatically when a slot opens up, even outside opening hours. Fewer empty chairs on busy days.
