Events that sell
With events you plan separate moments alongside regular appointments. You set capacity, price and the opening date for registrations. That way you can professionally offer a workshop, info session or open day.
Paid events? Clients pay online via Stripe or MultiSafepay during registration. Free events are confirmed as soon as someone signs up.
Register via the booking widget
Your event appears in the booking widget when registrations are open. Clients see title, description and a clear register button, just like your regular services.
They fill in their details, pay if needed and receive a confirmation. You can also share a direct registration link via email or social media.
Emails and registrations
Per event you configure confirmation and reminder emails. Turn them on or off, customise subject and content and send a test email before registrations open.
In the overview you see who has registered. Participants are automatically added to your client database, so you can follow up or invite them to a next event.

What are events in Salontailor?
Events zijn aparte inschrijvingen naast gewone afspraken. Denk aan workshops, masterclasses, open dagen of infosessies. Je stelt titel, beschrijving, datum, tijd, prijs, capaciteit en openingsdatum voor inschrijvingen in.
Events verschijnen in de boekingswidget wanneer je dat aanzet. Klanten schrijven zich online in; hun gegevens komen automatisch in je klantenbestand.
Can I organise online and in-person events?
Ja. Per event kies je of het online of in de zaak plaatsvindt. De widget en bevestigingsmails tonen dat duidelijk aan de klant.
Voor online events kan je extra instructies in de bevestigingsmail zetten. Salontailor genereert geen automatische videolink.
How does payment work for events?
Gratis events kunnen direct worden ingeschreven. Bij betaalde events betaalt de klant via Stripe of MultiSafepay tijdens het inschrijven, zodra je online betalingen hebt geactiveerd.
Je kan een volledige prijs of een voorschot vragen. Pas als de betaling gelukt is, wordt de inschrijving definitief.
Which emails are sent?
Per event stel je optioneel een bevestigingsmail en een herinnering in, met eigen onderwerp, tekst en headerafbeelding.
De herinnering wordt automatisch verstuurd op het aantal uren vóór de start dat jij instelt.
