You see all sign-ups clearly in the portal. Does a slot open up? You contact the right client and schedule the appointment. Salontailor does not schedule automatically.

How does the waitlist work?
De wachtlijst is gekoppeld aan je online boekingswidget. Staat een dag vol? Dan kunnen klanten zich inschrijven met hun gewenste dienst(en), voorkeursdagen en tijdstip (ochtend, middag of avond).
Jij ziet alle inschrijvingen overzichtelijk op de wachtlijstpagina. De klant ontvangt een bevestigingsmail dat de aanmelding goed is ontvangen.
Komt er een plek vrij? Dan neem jij contact op met de juiste klant en plan je de afspraak in via de agenda. Zo vul je annuleringen sneller op zonder eindeloos te bellen.
Are clients automatically scheduled when there is a cancellation?
Nee. Salontailor stuurt geen automatische melding naar wachtenden wanneer een slot vrijkomt, en plant ook niet automatisch in.
De wachtlijst is bedoeld om overzicht te houden over wie geïnteresseerd is, zodat jij zelf snel de juiste klant kunt contacteren. In de praktijk bespaart dat al veel tijd vergeleken met handmatig bijhouden op papier of in berichten.
